By accessing or using Hubsteria Living (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Free trials convert to paid plans automatically. You may cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
